As a parent or guardian (over the age of 18 years old), you are registering with Food For The Brain on behalf of the child/ren in your legal care who are under the age of 18 years old. When your child/ren becomes 18, they can take the Cognitive Function Test independently and ownership of the Food For The Brain registration can be transferred to your child/children following child/children request.
